These are tried, true and just amazing every single time. You can fill them with pretty well whatever you want. My favourite is peanut butter, but have also done with almond butter as well as date “caramel” (see recipe on my Instagram feed). If you want to do these festive (coloured) for a holiday, mix 2 parts natural peanut butter to 1 part powdered sugar and add any food colouring. The inside will be a fun colour and it comes out so cute.
These are so perfect for the holidays, which are just around the corner. To serve or to bring as a host gift!
Store them in an air tight container in the fridge. They’ll be good for a week or so, but I highly doubt they’ll last that long!
