House Salad
Ingredients
  • 3cups chopped Butter/Boston lettuce or mixed greensripped into pieces
  • 1/2cup cherry tomatoeshalved
  • 2 baby cucumberssliced
  • 3 radishessliced
  • 1/2 avocadocubed
  • DRESSING
  • 3Tbsp olive oil
  • 2Tbsp Tbsp. Apple Cider vinegar or Balsamic vinegar
  • 1tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2tsp maple syrup
  • 1clove garlicend cut off, left whole
  • Salt & pepperto taste
Instructions
  1. Combine salad ingredients. Pour dressing ingredients into a jar and shake.
  2. You can store dressing in refrigerator and use again.
  3. The clove of garlic will remain in the dressing (make sure you don’t accidentally poor into the salad).
Recipe Notes

If you haven’t tried using butter lettuce in a salad before, you are missing out. It’s the best and honestly takes a salad to the next level. If you are using mixed greens, try to find a green mix that has some radicchio. I love how it adds a different texture and flavour. It will take your simple salad up a notch.
