Ingredients

Baguette
sliced thin, on an angle

Goat cheese
olive oil
sea salt

Fresh figs
sliced
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450’F
Place baguette slices on cookie sheet and brush both sides with olive oil.
Bake for approximately 10-15 min or until golden on edges (you can do this ahead of time, they do not need to be warm).
Remove from oven and let cool.
Spread goat cheese onto each slice and top with 1-2 sliced figs. Drizzle with a tiny bit of olive oil and sprinkle with a little sea salt.
