Cocoa Almond Protein Balls
Ingredients
  • 2cups almond flour
  • 4Tbsp shredded unsweetened coconut plus extra for rolling balls in
  • 14 datespitted
  • 2tsp cacao powder
  • 2Tbsp liquid coconut oil
  • 2tsp pure vanilla
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in food processor or Vitamix and process until smooth. Roll all or half of the balls in coconut. Store in refrigerator.
Recipe Notes

if you make your own almond milk, you can use the leftover almond meal instead of almond flour. It just needs to be dried and baked prior. Best eaten cold!
