MY GO-TO HOUSE SALAD

Add this on to any dinner and you’re good to go!

This is my GO-TO simple House Salad. Although I ADORE creative salads, I felt like I needed a go-to salad to quickly add to any dinner without having to think. I find meal planning can be exhausting and sometimes it makes things so much easier to not have to think. This way if I can’t think of anything else, I can just do my standard house salad and I’m good to go. What I like to do is always make sure to buy these simple produce ingredients at every shop so they’re always available in the fridge. Perfect side to any dinner.

Recipe Notes

If you haven’t tried using butter lettuce in a salad before, you are missing out. It’s the best and honestly takes a salad to the next level. If you are using mixed greens, try to find a green mix that has some radicchio. I love how it adds a different texture and flavour. It will take your simple salad up a notch.
